Job Brief: 6B are looking to recruit a Talent and Wellbeing Manager with the confidence and knowledge to lead HR and recruitment functions. Working closely with the Directors and the wider team, this is a fantastic opportunity for a HR executive eager to showcase their approach and skillset to have a real impact on a growing business.

About the Role: As Talent and Wellbeing Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the HR and recruitment functions at 6B, providing leadership on people-related issues and policies across the company.  We’ve worked hard to build a strong culture collaborative led by a set of strong company values, and you’ll make sure we stay true to these as we grow. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop our internal HR processes
  • Leadership, guidance and advice on all HR issues
  • Promote 6B culture and support culture building activities 
  • Managing the relationship with our social and charity partners
  • Promoting wellbeing and tracking team engagement
  • Managing learning and development across teams
  • Supporting the creation of a recruitment plan
  • Building and maintaining relationships with recruitment partners both in the UK and overseas
  • Managing the 6B careers site, job boards and employer branding
  • Continuous analysis of the recruitment process to ensure that it's as efficient as possible
  • Arranging interviews
  • New starter onboarding

Requirements:

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Able to build strong and productive relationships
  • Business-minded and commercially astute
  • Adept at working at speed and solving problems creatively
  • The confidence and knowledge to act as a trusted advisor, and the ability to coach and counsel at all levels
  • Adaptable and flexible - you have great attention to detail and are extremely organised
  • CIPD Level 5 in HR Management (or working towards it)
  • Experience of working in a people-related role
